Do I have to register on the Website to be able to buy?

There is no need to register on the site to be able to purchase licenses for photos or products with photos. Registration, on the other hand, facilitates access to order history and you do not have to enter your details with every order. Registration on the site is of course free.

How can I purchase a photo license?

Search for a photo using Photo Search Engine. After choosing the photo, you indicate which license you are interested in and add it to the basket. Then, after paying for the order, you'll receive an email confirmation with a link to download the photo you purchased the license for. Buying photos is an easy and very efficient process.

How can I find a Photographer according to my needs?

Send us the free form Find a Photographer for me . Within 2-3 days we will send you the best offers corresponding to your needs. After receiving offers you will be able to choose a photographer and we will contact you with the selected Photographer. When placing your order, you will receive a 5% discount from the photographer prices. We will also provide you with a free template of the agreement with the photographer. In addition, you will be able to evaluate the Photographer's work and influence its ranking on our website. Photographers care about the best rating!

How do I receive the purchased photo licenses?

After paying for the order you will receive a confirmation with a link to download the photo for which you purchased the license. If you are registered on our website you will also be able to download photos after logging in using the menu: ACCOUNT> MY ORDERS

Can I have more than one account on the Website?

Each User registered as a Customer may have only one Customer account on the Website. Each User registered as a Photographer may have only one Photographer account on the Website.

What is the Basic (Editorial) License?

Basic (Editorial) License includes the ability to use the Work only for your own private purposes (e.g. printing a photo solely for hanging at home) and for editorial purposes (e.g. illustration of an article in a newspaper, magazine or website, including a blog or website) in publications related to current topics and depicting real-world events, places or people, with the proviso that the purpose of such publication may only be information, not advertising, promoting or selling a product or service. The Basic (Editorial) License does not allow the use of the Work for any promotion, marketing or advertising or sale of products or services using the Work or free distribution.

Examples of fair use :

  • Use for private purposes - e.g. decorating your own private interiors (poster, calendar or other prints) or decorating your own private electronic devices - only for personal use i.e. not intended for sale or free distribution or promotion, marketing or advertising
  • Editorial use - use in informational materials (e.g. illustration of an article in a newspaper, magazine or website, including a blog or web portal) or non-commercial television programs or documentary films related to current topics and depicting actual events, places or people - editorial use cannot be associated with promotion, marketing or advertising, and cannot be associated with the sale of products or services or free distribution

Examples of prohibited use :

  • Promotion, marketing and advertising - no possibility to use for promotion / marketing / advertising, e.g. for outdoor advertising (e.g. banner or billboard), indoor advertising (e.g. POS materials, advertising folders or information, stands, etc.), advertising in the media (e.g. in newspapers / magazines, the Internet or television), in promotional materials (leaflets, brochures, folders, catalogs, advertising calendars, notebooks, notebooks, pens, pencils and stickers, tags , cups and glasses, mouse pads, T-shirts, product packaging) or for product packaging.
  • No possibility of use under the trade mark or logotype.
  • Sale of products or services or free distribution - it is not possible to use for sale products or services or free distribution - e.g. printed products (e.g. illustrations for books, posters, postcards, calendars, stickers, cups, pens, tags, pads) mice, t-shirts, clothes etc.) or electronic products (e.g. computer game, screen saver, computer program, website design or templates, etc.)

Additional reservations:

  • The license holder cannot sell the license for the photo or use it.
  • When using the Work under a Basic (Editorial) License, you must indicate the copyright owner and provide a link to the Website. A visible copyright notice should generally contain the following designation: "Creator Name and Surname / Camerleon.com".
  • The Basic (Editorial) License does not allow editing or modifying the Work beyond minor color adjustments and cropping.
  • Basic License (Editorial) belongs to the royalty-free license group, which means that you pay one license fee, which gives you the non-exclusive right to use the photo for your purposes within the limits specified by the license.

What is the Standard (Marketing) License?

Standard (Marketing) License includes the use of the Work for purposes such as the Basic (Editorial) License (i.e. for private and editorial purposes), as well as in addition to promotion, marketing or advertising. Standard (Marketing) license does not include the possibility of using the Work to sell items, products or services.

Examples of fair use :

  • Use for private purposes - e.g. decorating your own private interiors (own poster, own calendar or other prints) or decorating your own private electronic devices

Why is the Service name (watermark) visible in the picture ?

The watermark is placed on photos published on the Website to protect photos against unauthorized use. The purchased photo is of course shared without the Service logo (without watermarks).
